Nativity of Our Lord & Saint Gabriel Parish was established in 2019, bringing together two historic parishes that had borne these names for a combined 290 years. The new parish serves the people of Bridgeport and Canaryville on two campuses, each boasting both a church worship site and a school campus — St. Gabriel Catholic School (SGCS) and Bridgeport Catholic Academy (BCA). Both campuses offer Pre-K through 8th grade.
